About Mark

A former Muay Thai fighter, Mark initially started running as part of his conditioning regimen. A spontaneous decision with a friend saw him complete a 100-mile race with only 7 weeks of training. This pivotal moment ignited his passion for running.

Mark’s progress surged under the guidance of one of the world’s most esteemed running coaches. He clinched his first race win with six months of training. This significant learning experience inspired him and ultimately led him to discover his vocation as a running coach.

His coaching career began in Iten, Kenya, renowned as “The Home of Champions”. Immersed in the elite running community, he absorbed invaluable insights and techniques and worked with professional athletes to hone his coaching skills.

He further developed his running expertise under one of the world’s foremost strength coaches. Acquiring a holistic understanding of athletic development, enabling him to empower others to surpass their limits and overcome injury.

His passion for biomechanics led him to study anatomy in the lab, to create a unique conditioning program for athletes. Coaching them to build the foundational strength to run free from injury.

Mark is dedicated to helping everyone from novice marathon runners to experienced athletes unlock their full potential.
